Refund and Returns Policy

At iBox, we take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as “final sale”
  3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [support@ibox.travel] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  1. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

  1. Shipping Costs
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  2. Refund Processing
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right—either by replacement, store credit, or full refund.
